Materials List: Use the included materials list to get pricing and to simplify the ordering of materials.
Foundation:Two foundation plans are included. Direct bury post or built on 12" round concrete piers and post bases.
Floor: The floor can be left as dirt or a concrete slab can be installed under the shed.
Walls Framing: 4x4 posts with 2x4 girt boards between them.
Wall Height: 9'-2"
Doors: 4x8 Doors with "Dutch" split.
Window: There are no windows on the plans but windows can be added on any wall.
Siding: 4x8 Textured plywood.
Roof: The roof is framed using manufactured trusses. It is sheeted with 7/16" O.S.B. for strength and can have asphalt shingles or metal roofing installed.
Roof Pitch: 4/12, this means that for every 4 inches of rise there is 12 inches of run horizontally.
Roof Overhang: The trusses have a cantilever built into them so there are 6'-2" covered areas on the front and back. 12" on the sides.
